Account help for Veer.Game cannot come from this help centre: there is no inbox or phone line here, and no way to view, unlock or change any account.
Where account problems go
- Customer service in the platform: a Contact customer service button appears on the lock message shown after too many wrong passwords.
- Telegram and WhatsApp: both appear as icons on the Veer.Game home page.
- Forgotten password: the login page points to customer service, and the password guide covers both routes.
Before you contact customer service
- Note which tab the account uses, phone number or email.
- Copy the exact wording of any error message on screen.
- Say whether the lock message appeared after wrong passwords.
Many sign-up snags can be fixed on your own with the registration problems page.
Staying safe when asking for help
Veer.Game says its customer service never sends links directly to members. Never share your password or any verification code, whoever asks for it.
